Returns and exchange details
We do not accept returns or exchanges on non apparel items.
If you would like to return or exchange apparel please use the Contact form to reach us and we will be happy to assist you. Items must be returned in original condition. If items have been worn or are returned with cat hair, human hair, tags removed, etc… the return/ exchange will not be accepted.
***In cases of damage during the shipping process – I will accept returns with an 100% refund to you on the item: you will be required to provide me with photos of damaged goods within a maximum of 3 days after tracking has confirmed delivery to your location. At this point I will provide you with my address to which you can send the damaged item, and I will give you the refund after receiving the item. Please note that damage claims after the 3 day maximum will not be accepted.
Any item purchased will be shipped within 1 week from confirmation of the payment. Please allow us time to process your order, as we are just 2 people packing orders and dealing with the many things that it takes to run a business!
We use Canada Post services for shipment to ANY country, so please do not worry if you are far away from Canada – we can ship to you! According to Canada Post, your item should arrive within 10 business days after dispatch: Unfortunately, my personal experience is that this period is not always accurate, as delays do occur depending on your local postal services, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. Orders to Australia frequently take longer to arrive, so please be patient if this is your location!
***I ship all USA & Canadian orders over $40 CAD with Canada Post TRACKED services. You will receive an email with a shipping notification and tracking number so you can look at where your package is at all times. All orders outside of the USA & Canada will be shipped without tracking, if you would like to add tracking please note that this will be $38 or more depending on your location. Please message me prior to making your purchase if you would like a tracking add-on.
If you have a suspicion that the package has been lost/ significantly delayed /misplaced during its travel – I suggest that you go to your local post office with your tracking number and ask them to find it for you. This is the fastest and easiest way for you to find more information on the location of your package.
If any customs charges occur, these must be paid by the buyer.
